THE METHODOLOGY
- Biomechanics of progressive, triplanar sequencing
- Full integration of joints, muscles, and diaphragmatic stability
- The kinematic sequence and the body as a kinetic chain
- Accessing and leveraging ground reaction forces
- Importance of proper foot function
- Training the core including diaphragmatic positioning, proximal stability, and pelvic floor activation
- Proprietary KRHPA assessment strategies critical to developing the most effective KRHPA training protocol
- Advanced breathing techniques and proprioception
