What You’ll Learn

  • Learn about the relationship of proximal stability and distal mobility.
  • Learn about HIP IR/HIP ER biases and the relationship to glute activation.
  • Practice breathing strategies with IAP, TVA and Pelvic floor involvement.
  • Learn the importance of the set-up and full body integration of the exercise before movement begins.
  • Explore the science and power of external cuing techniques.
  • Practice hands-on adjustments ensuring proper alignment and with maximum benefits for the athlete.
