SPORT-SPECIFIC METHODOLOGIES – FUNCTIONAL YOGA, PILATES, MINDSET CONDITIONING – ROOTED IN THE SCIENCE OF BIOMECHANICS, INCLUDING:

THE METHODOLOGY

  • Biomechanics of progressive, triplanar sequencing
  • Full integration of joints, muscles, and diaphragmatic stability
  • The kinematic sequence and the body as a kinetic chain
  • Accessing and leveraging ground reaction forces
  • Importance of proper foot function
  • Training the core including diaphragmatic positioning, proximal stability, and pelvic floor activation
  • Proprietary KRHPA assessment strategies critical to developing the most effective KRHPA training protocol
  • Advanced breathing techniques and proprioception
  • Specific cuing techniques to optimize teaching skills and benefits to the athlete
  • Restorative / regen sequencing
