- KRHPA SPORT-SPECIFIC METHODOLOGIES – FUNCTIONAL YOGA, PILATES, MINDSET CONDITIONING – ROOTED IN THE SCIENCE OF BIOMECHANICS
- KATHERINE TEACHING THE PHILOSOPHY BEHIND THE PRACTICE – THE REASONS WHY THESE MOVEMENTS BENEFIT ATHLETES
- HEAR THE PERFORMANCE-SPECIFIC LANGUAGE THAT SPEAKS TO & ADDRESSES THE SPECIFIC NEEDS OF THE ATHLETE
THE METHODOLOGY
- Biomechanics of progressive, triplanar sequencing
- Full integration of joints, muscles, and diaphragmatic stability
- How to best prepare the athlete for explosive movement through dynamic activation
- Accessing and leveraging ground reaction forces, including the importance of proper foot function
- Training the core including diaphragmatic positioning, proximal stability, and pelvic floor activation
