Application of yoga-based physical and mental conditioning to the biomechanics of golf to:

    • Effectively target foundation of mobility and dynamic stability
    • Create better posture at address
    • Effectively load muscles for more power
    • Improve balance and focus
    • Reduce tension via specific breathing techniques to allow for a more fluid, effortless golf swing
